Dr. Manfred Bartosch ist seit ca. 1996 im Immobiliengeschäft tätig – zunächst im Rahmen einer Einzelfirma, deren Aktivitäten dann auf die heutige Unternehmung überführt wurden.

Der regionale Schwerpunkt liegt heute in West-Deutschland – vornehmlich im Rheinland – die Gesellschaft blickt aber auf ca. 10 Jahre internationale Erfahrung in Osteuropa (Ungarn, Rumänien, Slowakai, Ukraine) in Verbindung mit renommierten internationalen Partnern zurück.

About us

Dr. Manfred Bartosch is working in commercial real estate since 1996 – at first within the scope of a single company. These actvities have been transfered to the today’s business.

Today the regional focus is on the western part of Germany – preferably the Rhineland – though the business is looking back on an experience of more than 10 years in Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine) in partnership with well-known International companies.
