# Wir über uns

Dr. Manfred Bartosch ist seit ca. 1996 im Immobiliengeschäft tätig – zunächst im
Rahmen einer Einzelfirma, deren Aktivitäten dann auf die heutige Unternehmung überführt
wurden.

Der regionale Schwerpunkt liegt heute in West-Deutschland – vornehmlich im Rheinland–
die Gesellschaft blickt aber auf ca. 10 Jahre internationale Erfahrung in Osteuropa(
Ungarn, Rumänien, Slowakai, Ukraine) in Verbindung mit renommierten internationalen
Partnern zurück.

## About us

Dr. Manfred Bartosch is working in commercial real estate since 1996 – at first 
within the scope of a single company. These actvities have been transfered to the
today’s business.

Today the regional focus is on the western part of Germany – preferably the Rhineland–
though the business is looking back on an experience of more than 10 years in Eastern
Europe (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine) in partnership with well-known International
companies.
